At Skyrocket, our marketing team played a vital role in the success of the 2025 Equity Summit, partnering closely with the Professional Development (PD) team to bring the theme "Generations Connected: Harnessing Wisdom" to life. Through strategic branding, creative resources, and seamless communication, we not only enhanced the event experience but also set a benchmark for how marketing can support and elevate cross-departmental initiatives. **Challenge** The Equity Summit needed cohesive branding, engaging promotional materials, and a professional, welcoming experience for both presenters and attendees. With the goal of attracting 25-50 external attendees, the PD team needed robust marketing support to build awareness, streamline event logistics, and create memorable touchpoints throughout the summit. **Our Approach** Our marketing team stepped in early to establish the summit’s visual identity, developing the theme "Generations Connected: Harnessing Wisdom." The cohesive branding and consistent messaging helped attract presenters and attendees, while our well-designed materials made the event feel professional and welcoming. **Why Marketing Collaboration Matters** Our partnership with the PD team showcased the power of collaboration. By working together from the start, we were able to understand their vision, anticipate needs, and create resources that elevated every aspect of the summit.
